Australian trading terms
These terms apply to orders placed on this site for delivery in Australia. If anything here isn’t clear, call us on +64 3 577 5581 and we’ll talk it through.
Who you're buying from
This site is operated by Astro Hospitality, a New Zealand company supplying hospitality venues across New Zealand and Australia. Goods are supplied from New Zealand.
Prices and currency
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are shown as A$. We export these goods to you from New Zealand, so we don't charge GST. Freight is free.
How ordering works
Submitting an order on this site is a request to buy, not a completed purchase, and no payment is taken online. We'll contact you to confirm stock and delivery time, and to arrange payment. A contract of sale is formed only once we've confirmed your order with you. Until then you're free to change or cancel it at no cost.
Delivery
We deliver throughout Australia. Goods ship from New Zealand, and delivery timeframes are confirmed on every order before dispatch. Most of this range is brought in to order rather than held in stock locally. We'll give you a realistic date when we call, and we'll tell you if it changes.
Returns and your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they aren't of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll sort it out.
